How to use E-Space
Kinseido has a system called E-SPACE for teachers to use for ordering inspection copies, as well as teachers' manuals, audio files and stock reservations. Click here to go to E-SPACE. You can also enter from the icon on the top page of the website.
We will automatically send anything you request or order to the address listed on your E-SPACE account.
After placing all the books in the cart, enter the necessary information for each book in your cart.
Click the orange Review your order button at the bottom of the page to submit your inquiry.

Inspection Copy Request
Inspection copies will be delivered free of charge to you via Yu-Mail (Japan Post). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
* Our service is specifically for teachers at universities, junior colleges, technical colleges, and vocational schools.
* We can send you a maximum of 10 titles for inspection at any one time.
We will contact you 1-2 weeks after sending your inspection copies to ask for your feedback regarding how appropriate the texts were.
Textbook Adoption Reservations
Please provide the name of the school and the number of copies you will order when sending a notification for adoption.
The notification for adoption is for securing the stock of the relevant textbooks with Kinseido. It is NOT for the actual order.
Desk copies and some support materials for teachers are available upon request with orders of 15 or more copies per title. Please remember to check the boxes for a complimentary desk copy and any other components you will need.

Please note that Kinseido’s textbooks are not designed for self-study and do not include answers and translations.
Please enter the number of copies you will order. Your order will automatically be sent to the address you registered on E-SPACE. If you would like to change the delivery address, please log into your E-SPACE account and click on Change Account Information.
Payment is by credit card only. Your purchase will be sent soon after payment is complete.
Most purchased items can be shipped via Japan Post Letter Pack for a cost of 370 yen.
Items that exceed a thickness of 3 cm or weight of 4 kg must be sent by takkyubin (home delivery service), with the additional shipping fee to be paid upon delivery.

Audio data and teacher’s manuals are only available to teachers who have already adopted (or are going to adopt) the relevant textbooks.
We will send download instructions via e-mail once upon request. Please follow the instructions provided in the e-mail to download the files. Audio data is in mp3 format and teacher’s manuals are in PDF format.
